Mette Illene graduated as character animator in 2009 from The Animation Workshop in Denmark and is currently based in Copenhagen.

She worked on Cartoon Network’s animated series ‘The Heroic Quest of the Valiant Prince Ivandoe’ and the animated documentary 'Flee' nominated for three Oscar categories 2022.
